The morning after a KIDSHAPER conference is always a beautiful moment. Months of planning, dreaming and hard work have all combined to provide an oasis for the kids leaders of our nation and beyond.

Assunta and I always go to the Melbourne famous Chimmey’s for breakfast slowly sipping on some espressos and enjoying some amazing chorizo omelettes as we discuss all the great moments of conference. I want to say a huge thank you to all the churches that came and supported TASTE, it was the best conference we have run to date. It started with a God explosion Wednesday night and ended with a declaration of “to you alone may my spirit yield”.

Deer’s pant for water because they can’t sweat, so they chase down water like it was the last bus of the night.
I want God that badly.
When I am scorched by pressure or situations, I want to zero in on the living water and refresh my soul in him.
My heart felt thanks to all of you who gave so sacrificially to the orphans, we will return with an even better report for you at 3D

Well everything is in readiness for the latest Kidshaper conference, we have planned and brain stormed to ensure that this year sees you leave more equipped and inspired than ever!

Our latest keynote speaker is Michael Chanley, Mike heads up CM Connect and was the visionary behind the COLLABORATE book which saw 30 plus kids pastors pool their ideas on how to connect the family and the church. Michael will be speaking from his new book at conference. My hot of the presses book TASTE will be released, by trade I am a qualified pastry chef, this book looks at some observations from the kitchen, and takes a different tack on children’s ministry and leadership.
FMD- Funny Man Dan is taking a slot- possible the worlds funniest man, as well as the genius Dave Waverley, and the general Andrew Shepherd .

There is heaps more to tell you so stay tuned for updates. You may or may not have heard about a book that was found in a Gloria Jeans coffee shop recently. The rumor on the streets is that this is the book that will be released at Kidshaper. We have just had a fantastic KIDHSPAER conference in the UK, attendances and the fun doubled this year as we focused on SOUND.
Keynotes were Andrew Shepherd, Mark Griffiths and some guy called Bob. You Brits need to be applauded, your passion is going off the richter!
Desperate kids pastors came from everywhere, one team had driven ten hours to get there!! Now that’s passion.
I’m writing this post up on the Strand just opposite Trafalgar Square-how cool! It’s like a real life Monopoly board.

Can’t wait for the upcoming UK Kidshaper conference, Melbourne was great and I know God has great things in store for everyone who is coming.
